**Our preferred applicant must have**:
- Must resides in Melbourne
- Experienced in working with the NDIS scheme.
- Develop and implement individualised care plans that addresses each participant's unique needs, preferences, and goals.
- Must demonstrate competence and understanding of policy, procedure and standards that safeguards the NDIS quality assurance in service delivery.
- Proven knowledge in use of customer relationship management systems or must be savvy with tech.
- Demonstrate passion and empathy for the healthy industry.
- Demonstrate understanding and competence in managing SIL accomodation
- Must be a people's person, relatable, demonstrate leadership at all times.
- Excellent time management and above average literacy and numeracy aptitude
- Meticulous in your management of documentation
- Qualifications, in Social Work, Psychology, Disability or a related field.
- Hold a current driver’s licence.
- Hold a current first aid certificate or can obtain this qualification.
- Provide a police clearance certificate and evidence of eligibility to work in Australia.
- Current and verified Working With Children Check and National Police Check
**About the Role**:
- Recruiting, managing onboarding process and staff
- Rostering support workers/nurses in line with participant's goals
- Managing case notes, incident reports, investigations, complaints and feedbacks.
- Engaging regularly with participants, their families, and all other stakeholders involved in the delivery of supports for the participant, to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and service delivery.
- Managing risks including compliance with relevant policies, NDIS legislative requirements, Work Health and Safety, and financial risks.
- Managing the participants' budget and goals, ensuring it meets its purpose.
- liaising with clients, support coordinators and external stakeholders in the management and coordination of clients, service agreements and procedures.
- Ensuring care plans are executed according to service agreements or specialist reports.
- Prepare and develop tools, information packages and supporting documentation for client meetings and training sessions as required.
- Marketing the NDIS brand to generate leads
**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual
Pay: $30.00 - $38.00 per hour

**Education**:
- Diploma (preferred)
**Experience**:
- Administration: 1 year (preferred)
- Team management: 1 year (preferred)
Work Authorisation:
- Australia (preferred)
Willingness to travel:
- 25% (preferred)
