**About the Position**:
To support further growth our Operations and Maintenance teams are looking for new Systems Operators to join the team. In this role you will work closely with Technicians and Operational teams to ensure the automated facilities and systems have maximum performance and availability. You will be hands on with a team of Operators to ensure the continued operation of the facility. It’s a state-of-the-art high volume impressive facility

**Responsibilities will include**:

- Undertaking proactive and reactive operational tasks
- Being responsible for systems flow and throughput by managing proper functioning of the systems component of the supply chain process
- Proactively identifying any risks and taking corrective measures
- Ensuring OHS, Environmental and Quality compliance to an uncompromising level
- The ability to safely operate warehouse machinery and equipment.
- Assisting with maintenance activities on site
- Complete daily checks of the plant and take the appropriate action to ensure the system operates to maximum efficiency
- Drive your own learning with willingness for ongoing training
- A mechanical mindset and capability
- Ability to follow work instructions
- Be comfortable working at heights
- Be comfortable working some of the time in a cold store
- Computer competency, physical strength and flexibility to work in a high volume fast past facility
- Troubleshoot and problem solve effectively
- Be able to work effectively within a team as well as by yourself
- Have excellent organisational and problem-solving skills
