The Compass Group Recruitment team are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic **Café Team Leader** to join our team at our premium education site in **Glen Waverley**.

**About the Role**
- Oversee service of café
- Lead a small, dedicated team to deliver quality meals of students and teachers
- Stock ordering and end-of-month reporting
- Maintain a safe and clean kitchen and service environment

**About You**
- Working with Children Check is essential, or ability to obtain
- Must be knowledgeable in coffee-making and comfortable with producing high volumes
- A friendly and customer-service oriented attitude
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
