Take your career to new heights by joining one of Australia's most creative and innovative Architectural and Interior Design Studios. Our client is an established studio with a reputation for delivering some of Australia's most prestigious projects - from $1B+ precincts to boutique 500K interior fit-outs.
As our client prepares for further growth and an upcoming rebrand, they seek a Marketing & Graphics Coordinator to assist with business development efforts and enhance the company's marketing and communications initiatives. This role will primarily report to the Studio Manager, but this role will also support the national Principal Team on strategic Business Development efforts.
This role is perfect for a marketing & graphics industry professional, but it may suit an Architect or Designer who is passionate about marketing, graphics and studio communication and is looking for a career change.
In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for:
- Coordinating submissions, including tenders and expressions of interest
- Preparing award entries and media kits
- Maintaining key internal stakeholders' CV
- Implementing client communication strategies
- Business development research & trend identification
- Preparing & coordinating upcoming company rebrand
- Providing general marketing and graphics support
- Graphic design skills, design sensitivity and proficiency in Adobe CC (essential)
- Interest in marketing and branding within the Architecture & Design Sector
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to effectively communicate with the Principals / Leadership team based locally & interstate, external graphic designers and web-designers
- Knowledge of the market and the ability to develop and implement effective marketing strategies appropriate to the Architecture and Property sector
- Knowledge of basic digital marketing principles, including experience with website management, organic social media posting
- Attention to detail, including the ability to initiate documents in CC, proofread and edit content (such as, EOI's, award / new business submissions, and presentations) with accuracy and quality
