We're excited to be opening the doors to our brand-new bakery in Wareemba and we’re on the hunt for a passionate, experienced **Barista** to help lead the charge on coffee and service excellence.

**Who are we looking for?**
You’re someone who lives and breathes coffee, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and knows how to perform in a team with heart and precision. You’re not just about the pour - you care about quality, consistency, and creating a space where people feel welcome. With a highly regarded specialty coffee program, your passion and care for coffee is vital to flourish in this role

**You’ll be a great fit if you have**:

- 2+ years of barista experience in specialty coffee
- A genuine love for coffee and hospitality
- An eye for detail and a high standard for quality and presentation
- Experience with espresso and filter brew methods, dial-ins, and equipment upkeep
- Strong communication and feedback skills
- A willingness to champion our values and contribute to events, collaborations, and community moments

**Your day-to-day will include**:

- Serving exceptional coffee, every time
- Help build a positive, high-performing culture
- Staying across our coffee menu and helping the team stay informed and inspired
- Machine upkeep and cleanliness
- Supporting smooth café operations - from open to close
