Reporting to the community manager, you'll support the community with mowing and general gardening.You'll build strong relationships with the residents and enjoy helping them live their best lives with well-maintained outdoor areas.

- Casual loading and weekend penalty rates may apply
- Support with regular gardening (mowing, hedge trimming etc.)

**Ideally, you'll have**:

- Previous industry and similar role experience (highly regarded)
- Valid driver's licence (required)
- Ability to work unsupervised and manage multiple stakeholders and requests
- _Aveo are formally requesting that all employees be vaccinated against COVID-19 to protect our colleagues and the residents in our communities who are among the most vulnerable. _
- All current employees are expected to have received their first vaccination by 1 Nov 2021 and their follow up vaccination by no later than 15 Dec 2021. _New employees joining the business will need to be comfortable with this requirement prior to joining Aveo._
