PoolSpot is a family-owned and operated swimming pool store and servicing business located in Camp Hill. We have only been established for 6 years, but we are growing quickly and we are now seeking a new pool service technician.

We are experienced business owners and we have always treated our staff like family. We believe you will enjoy working not for us, but with us.

**About the Position**

We are seeking casual or permanent part-time team members for our Camp Hill store for the busy summer period. The job would suit a university student looking for work over the holidays and weekends. An interest in science, chemistry, or engineering would be advantageous as you will be expected to learn about how pools work (don't worry, we will teach you).

Working in the pool industry is unique and more demanding compared to other retail jobs. You won't just be serving customers, but with time, you will be listening to customers, guiding them with your advice, and troubleshooting their pool problems.

**About You**

You must be physically able to lift up to 20kgs and availability over the Christmas / New Year period is essential.

Your pay will reflect your age and experience.

**Job Types**: Casual, Permanent, Part-time, Full-time
Part-time hours: 30 per week

**Salary**: $21.00 - $25.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Public holidays
- Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Camp Hill, QLD 4152: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- retail / customer service: 1 year (preferred)
