We're looking for a high energy team member who love to keep active and busy. A Retail Assistant at Swimart needs to be able to thrive in a fast paced, team environment and always be willing to go the extra mile for their customers and team. The role is physical in nature, so you'll need to enjoy hands-on work. We operate 7 days a week so being flexible and available for weekend shifts is essential. Finally, prior experience in the pool care industry and retail environment is essential.

You will be responsible for:

- Customer service and Sales
- Maintaining and replenishing stock
- Merchandising stock
- Use of POS systems
- Water testing
- Some administrational duties
- Following all processes and Systems
- Positive, can do attitude

We are looking to fill this role asap, with an immediate start for the right person. Previous experience will bring higher hourly rates.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission
- Overtime pay

**Experience**:

- point of sale (POS) software: 1 year (preferred)
- customer service: 1 year (preferred)
