As Commonfolk's Delivery Driver legend, you'll be responsible for delivering the goods (roasted coffee and other coffee related items) to our growing network of amazing wholesale partners in the Greater Melbourne and Mornington Peninsula area. You'll be required to prepare your delivery schedule and pack the van on delivery days, completing all deliveries in a timely manner (with time for snacks). As a Production Assistant, you'll have a wide variety of tasks within the production space to help keep things running smooth. Unfortunately you will have to listen to the Head Roaster play Oasis on repeat, but we have an abundance of coffee and banter to keep things fun and caffeinated.

Tasks & Responsibilities
- Deliver coffee and other associated products in a timely and efficient manner, including preparing your daily delivery schedule and recording proof of delivery.
- Clear and timely communication of any issues, needs or trends with appropriate team members to ensure a prompt resolution.
- Use Commonfolk's digital software to record and communicate wholesale partners needs and interactions.
- Ensure the Commonfolk vehicles are maintained to a high standard. No banana peels left in the front seat ok.
- Assist with maintenance of all coffee roasting equipment including record keeping, and stocktake of all coffee assets, internal and external.
- Complete cleaning and preparation tasks as outlined by the Head Roaster in a timely manner to a high standard.

Must haves
- Current manual drivers license.
- Confidence driving a large van with flames. It's actually quite large.
- Ability to prioritise and self manage time effectively.
- Engage with customers and represent Commonfolk positively.
