Ventia has a long-standing Parks and Roadsides contract with the Mornington Peninsula Shire and is seeking a new sports fields team member. The role is predominately assisting in the delivery of oval mowing utilising a wide area mower, but also assisting with other seasonal works such as top dressing, ground repairs, spraying and irrigation works as required.

**Responsibilities include**:

- Delivery of sports field mowing works in line with weekly programs/schedule of works
- Assist management in carrying out sports field mowing, irrigation works and weed and pest control
- Utilise iPad to record sports field maintenance and report defects
- Use a range of mowing and horticulture equipment e.g., brush cutter
- Positively contribute to a diverse, inclusive and fair work environment
- Work safely at all times adhering to our HSEQ policies and procedures

**Experience and/or qualifications in the following are desirable**:

- Manual Driver’s Licence
- Medium Rigid Licence
- General mechanical aptitude
