Double Bay, Australia Gifted Hands Care and Support Services Full time

Provide direct care and support to individuals with disabilities in various settings, including their homes, community centers, or residential facilities.
- Assist individuals with daily living activities such as personal hygiene, meal preparation, medication administration, and household chores.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with clients, their families, and other healthcare professionals.
- Support clients in participating in social, recreational, and educational activities to promote independence and community integration.
- Monitor and document clients' progress, behaviors, and any changes in their physical or mental health status.
- Offer emotional support, companionship, and encouragement to clients, fostering a positive and empowering environment.
- Advocate for clients' rights and needs, ensuring they receive appropriate services and resources.
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical and professional standards in all interactions with clients and colleagues.
- Stay informed about best practices, policies, and regulations related to disability support services, and participate in ongoing training and professional development

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Casual

**Salary**: $25.34 - $36.22 per hour

Expected hours: 4 - 12 per week

Licence/Certification:

- First Aid Certification (required)
- Working with Children Check (required)
- National Police Certificate (required)
- Driver Licence (required)
