**About the role**

As Relief Customer Service Officer, you will be the face of the branch. Historically referred to as Bank Teller, our Customer Service Officers are leading the way with our unique philosophy.

You will be given the support you need to do what you do best - listening to customers and using your skills to help them with transactions, provide education on our online platforms and tools, recommend the banks products and services, and assist our customers achieve their financial goals.

This position will be based across the 3 branches being **Dee Why, Leichardt and Parramatta **with Dee Why being the primary location.** **The role is** Permanent Full Time **and the roster is 76 hours per fortnight working Monday to Friday.

As a Relief Customer Advisor, you must be available to work at any of the 3 locations as required and will be compensated with a relief allowance as part of your salary package. Please note you will only usually work at 1 location per day.

You will bring:

- Extensive experience in a customer service environment
- Demonstrated competence in achieving consistent sales results
- An ability to confidently talk to customers face-to-face and over the telephone
- An eagerness to understand and share with others what makes our bank different
- Experience in the banking and finance industry - a plus but certainly not essential
