**About the Opportunity**

The minimum skills and expectations for this role are but not limited to:

- Posses a strong work ethic with a great attendance record;
- Comply with site procedures, instructions, and equipment specifications and limitations to ensure effective and safe use of equipment;
- Ability to drive our safety culture, provide continuous improvement and enhance our productivity programs;
- Work collaboratively with our PIMS Group Team;
- **Demonstrated Underground Coal experience in a similar role**;
- A current site competencies list certified by a mine site training department.
