We are looking for a uniquely creative individual filled with passion and determination to join our team as an In Store Visual Merchandiser. This role is based in our Pacific Fair store. If you have an eye for detail, and the ability to attract and motivate others through your creative process then come join us at General Pants Co. This hands-on creative role will require you to continuously push the boundaries of visual presentation, whilst maintaining a high standard of customer service, creating the unique store experience that is General Pants. To be successful in this role you will be required to: - Have proven Visual Merchandising skills and "outside the box" creative thinking - Have a thorough understanding of how a VM drives sales - Efficiently self manage and effectively communicate meaningfully with staff - Effectively lead sales team in all areas of VM to maximize productivity and company objectives - Analyze and utilize sales reports to make decisions on product placement - Attract and intrigue customers through uniquely creative merchandising - Ensure that Head office VM directions are communicated to our sales team and implemented with a high standard in store - Communicate with, and educate your team on seasonal looks and global trends - Collaborate with our in store VM's and Head office VM's to deliver on broader GP Co. merchandising initiatives and activities Being part of our General Pants Co. team means you will have opportunities for collaboration with visual merchandising staff, professional leadership development, career coaching and progression, dynamic and fast paced work and culture, a supportive team environment and so much more.
