Hudson Specialist Recruitment are currently on the lookout for a proactive, client focussed Receptionist/ Relief Assistant to assist the Adelaide office on a **permanent full-time basis**.

This Adelaide firm is currently seeking a Receptionist / Relief Assistant to join their national Reception Team. This will be a dynamic, active, and varied position dealing with both clients and people at all levels within the firm.
The role will involve responsibilities in:

- Managing a busy Reception area.
- Meeting room and event set up, including organising catering, managing room bookings, stock ordering and ensuring Tech needs are met.
- Administrative support.
- Photocopying, scanning and other tasks, such as binding and collating documents.
- Advanced MS Office skills
- Corporate presentation
- Pleasant demeanour
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal
- Exceptional time management and organisational skills
