**Your Role and Impact**: As an Executive Housekeeper, you will have the opportunity to:

- **Direct Recruitment & Training**: Interview, recruit, and oversee the training of your team, ensuring staff development aligns with company values and service standards.
- **Maintain Exceptional Standards**: Conduct daily walkthroughs of guest rooms and public areas, upholding our commitment to a pristine environment.
