**As a Parts Interpreter, you’ll play a crucial role in our team by**:

- Interpreting, quoting, and selling parts to our customers, ensuring the highest levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Keeping accurate records of customer interactions and updating them on order status and delivery expectations.
- Assisting trade customers and technicians at the counter with their parts requests.
- Employing best practices in purchasing and selling processes to maximise business returns and profitability.
- Providing daily updates to service advisors on back-ordered parts and those ready for fitting

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Relevant trade qualifications.
- Excellent communication skills, both over the phone and in person.
- A strong customer service mindset with the ability to upsell and solve problems effectively.
- Proficiency in IT and a keen eye for detail. (Experience with Pentana preferred but not essential)
- The ability to work seamlessly as part of a team.
- A current Driver’s License.
