**Role Purpose**

To provide administrative support to the Sydney Passenger Services Department.

**What you will be doing**
- Accurately input and manage workforce data in Kronos.
- Handle staff inquiries, including pay-related queries.
- Process shift swap and giveaway requests in line with department policies.
- Adjust rosters to cover absenteeism and ensure compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Communicate required roster changes to staff
- Manage leave requests in accordance with the Enterprise Bargaining Agreement (EBA), rostering guidelines, and company policies.
- Maintain and update employee records, including absenteeism tracking.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and EBA requirements
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the Passenger Services Manager or Operations Manager.

**What we are looking for**
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in administrative tasks.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities effectively.
- Previous experience in Workers' Compensation administration is preferred.
- A proactive, positive, and solutions-oriented approach to work.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience in aviation or a similar operational environment is advantageous but not essential
