We currently have an excellent opportunity for an inspiring, experienced hospitality professional as part of our leadership team with one of our leading Corporate Clients. This role requires someone with bags of energy, drive and commitment. We are looking for an operational leader to support the Site Manager with the implementation of significant operational change which will take our teams to the next level.

- You know how to create excellent client experiences - you can demonstrate your ability to really make an impact

- You have proven leadership credentials including the ability to support and engage your teams, drive positive change and lead from the front - your team know who you are, what you expect and count on your guidance and support
- You are highly flexible, deal easily with an ever changing scope of work and cope well under significant pressure - you’ve got a proven experience across a diverse range of operations and never loose your cool
- You’ve got a passion for service delivery - you can see around corners and teach your teams to do the same
- You’re willing to take risks, open to learning new skills, being transparent and accountable for you and your teams actions - your achievements speak for themselves and you pride yourself on always challenging the status quo
- You’re open and honest in the way you communicate and pride yourself on your integrity - you know how to talk to people and can give examples of the ways in which you can deliver your message
