IT Infrastructure Manager Anz

**About the Role**

MCC is in an exciting phase of transformation and are seeking an IT Infrastructure expert to help us continue our growth in this multi-faceted role across the Australia & New Zealand region. If you are motivated self-starter who has experience in a service focused, fast paced environment & are seeking a hybrid work arrangement, this role is for you This permanent full-time position will be based in Mile End South, SA and offer hybrid flexibility. The responsibilities are:

- Lead a small team across Adelaide, Melbourne & Sydney
- Work across multi sites to ensure IT infrastructure & systems are maintained
- Management of hardware such as servers, network, data centre, end points, Amazon Web Services (Adelaide & Singapore) & licensing
- Management of telecommunication systems, mobile fleet and hardware purchases
- Analyse needs and prepare technology budgets to meet the future needs
- Work closely with our Corporate division to manage the MCC domain & Cyber security
- Engage and manage contractors in Adelaide & New Zealand
- Work with our IT sectors:

- MIS/ERP Managers
- ESKO Prepress systems
- Develop, review & maintain IT Policies.

- Demonstrated technical knowledge & capabilities
- Advanced/expert knowledge of the Microsoft Suite, Azure Domain Administrator
- Strong stakeholder management skills with super level of verbal & written communication skills
- Engaging & friendly people leader who has demonstrated ability to influence others
- Service focused
- Experience in managing change and modelling flexibilities
- Ability to navigate organisational levels & provide strategic & operational support
- High level multi-tasking abilities
- Demonstrated strong planning & time management skills
- Certification in technology systems
- Experience within a medium-large organisation in a hands-on IT role
- Demonstrates forward thinking with a proactive solution focused approach
- Your natural working style is with a sense of urgency
- Must have reliable transport
