Respond appropriately to emergencies and follow established protocols.

Quantum Disability Services is seeking dedicated and compassionate Support Workers to join our team. As a Support Worker, you will play a crucial role in providing person-centered support to individuals with disabilities, empowering them to lead fulfilling lives and participate actively in their communities.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Client Support:_

Assist clients with daily living activities, including **personal care, meal preparation, and household tasks.**

Job Require **Very Fluent English. **Male client, Job location Killara, NSW. Afternoon and evening shifts. Male or Female support worker.

Another female Client in **Willoughby** require morning and evening shifts, **must be female support worker. **Morning shift 7:30am to 10:30am and Evening shift 5:30pm to 7:30pm. Self care is required.

Foster a positive and supportive environment that promotes independence and well-being.
- Community Engagement:_

Accompany and support clients in community outings and social activities.

Encourage and facilitate participation in community events and programs.
- Communication and Documentation:_

Maintain clear and accurate records of client interactions and progress.

Communicate effectively with clients, their families, and other team members.
- Safety and Well-being:_

Ensure the safety and security of clients at all times.

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $32.00 - $36.00 per hour

Expected hours: 3 - 20 per week
