**What we are looking for**:

- Must have prior reception or clinical experience within the Veterinary industry
- Enjoys chatting to clients and building great relationships with them and their pets
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- Able to work unsupervised but also loves to be part of a team
- An enthusiastic approach to tasks with a ‘nothing's a problem’ attitude
- The ability to multi-task and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment

**Your responsibilities will include**:

- Greeting clients and their pets with a warm and friendly demeanor
- Answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, and assisting with general inquiries
- Managing the reception area, ensuring a clean and welcoming environment
- Processing payments and handling billing inquiries
- Liaising with veterinary staff to ensure smooth operations
- Maintaining accurate client records and information
- Handling administrative tasks as assigned
