**BaptistCare George Forbes House in Queanbeyan NSW, is looking for Care Workers (Care Service Employees) on Permanent Part Time and Casual basis with plenty AM/PM shifts**
**Duties may include**:
- Assistance with a wide range of Person Centred Care in accordance with Care Plan
- Assistance with medication
- Simple wound dressing
- Assistance with activities under supervision
- Working with each resident to continue to do the things they love
**Skills and Experience**:
- You have obtained Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing Support) or equivalent
- A born listener, you’re genuinely caring to know and understand people
- Your care skills are driven by compassion, and your positive attitude is contagious
- You rally your team, even on challenging days, to problem solve, connect and overcome
