As aCustomer Service Coordinator, your primary role will be to ensure customer satisfaction through the efficient scheduling of transport services, overseeing despatch scheduling, and providing friendly and prompt customer service. You will play a crucial role in leading and fostering a team environment that is focused on delivering exceptional service to our clients' valued customers.

- Have excellent organisational and prioritisation skills, with previous experience in a fast-paced environment.
- And are proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and ERP Software

**If you have**
- Previous experience in managing despatch/logistics scheduling, coupled with customer service management.
- Experience in the steel industry and/or fabrication/manufacturing (highly regarded, not essential)

Note: The role will start off on a casual basis and lead to permanent full-time employment after 3 months.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Casual

**Salary**: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Overtime pay
- Penalty rates

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Ipswich, QLD: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Inbound call centre: 1 year (preferred)
- Outbound call centre: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)

Work Location: In person
