As the Production Manager you are responsible for building and maintaining the overall
client delivery schedule and supporting the project delivery in partnership with the
Creative Production team.
You are responsible for mapping out quota in line with delivery requirements & crew,
ensuring this is communicated across all Departments & locations. This also involves
maintaining required inventory for each Department in order to achieve the set-out quota.
As the Production Manager you will be running the Production Team, support the Senior
Production Coordinators, Production Coordinators & Production Assistant to ensure that
deliveries are achieved and KPIs are being met.
Within the role you will support the team to maintain a positive and proactive approach to
continually review & assess upcoming targets. You are responsible for Client support which
includes tasks such as sending status reports, updating on shot send ETAs & delivering a
positive client experience
**Qualifications**

Production of the overall schedule for delivery of the Project
- Windows of production by discipline
- Key Milestones
- Temp, Trailers and Key Shot delivery dates
- Creation of Shot Quota targets per week per discipline
- Creation of Resource requirements in alignment with the Bid Days allocated by

Producer/ Exec Producer
- Coordinator Management
- Organization of the Coordinator team
- Assignment of Quota targets to Coordinators
- Daily monitoring of Coordinator Quota attainment
- Efficiency Monitoring
- Output of Bid vs Actual by Coordinator and Department teams
- Trouble shooting poor performance.
- Quota monitoring
- Management of Quota Attainment
- Reassignment of failing quota performance
- Reforecasting and rescheduling to achieve quota targets
- Clients Management
- Production of Daily/ weekly performance reporting for internal and external
Reports.
- Production of Client review agendas and sign off targets.
- Follow and ensure any direct reports comply with approved processes and

procedures
- Any other reasonable duties
