We have an exciting opportunity for a **Laboratory Project Coordinator** to join our growing team

This unique opportunity will provide laboratory support to Nucleus Network staff, Sponsors, associated organizations and prospective clients.

**Key responsibilities**
- Supervise staff to ensure that sample management is conducted in accordance with policies and procedures
- Set up of the laboratory component of clinical trial studies
- Provide training, supervision, mentoring to staff
- Ability to understand and implement clinical trials processes and procedures
- Organise, plan and prioritise workload, to deliver multiple project activities simultaneously
- Ensure correct processing, handling, storage, and shipment of study samples
- Assist in writing and review of Standard Operating Procedures
- Ensure correct documentation is completed accurately and in a timely manner
- Developing and maintain working relationships across departments

**Requirements**:

- Completed relevant tertiary qualification in science (Health or Life Science)
- Experience in a clinical or research laboratory
- Experience in Phase 1 clinical trials, knowledge of ICH-GCP, pathology, immunology, or molecular biology (desired)
- Outstanding time management and prioritisation skills
- Excellent communication skills with a high attention to detail
- Computer literate with sound knowledge of MS Office package
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Able to work independently and effectively in a team
- Open to flexible hours
