In this permanent, full-time role, based at Epworth Eastern Box Hill, you will be responsible for the training and upskilling of current and future supply team members. You will be part of the procurement team and report to the Group Manager of Supply and Logistics.

**You will make an impact by**:

- Identifying and assessing training needs for the Supply & Logistics team, creating tailored training plans, implementing various training methods to enhance employees’ skills and performance.
- Continuous Improvement, implementing operational enhancements that support growth
- Lead imprest review and direct/assist with management of Imprests, creation of Imprest locations, lists, adding and removing items
- Communicating and leading delivery of internal controls, policies and operational procedures particular to the management of Imprests and Supply Chain environment
- Utilise a reflective, critical thinking and evidence-based approach to deliver best practice management in warehousing and healthcare imprest inventory

**To be successful in this role**
You are a natural leader with the ability to influence stakeholders across all levels. You will assess and identify training needs for the Supply & Logistics team. Additionally, you have strong knowledge in using TechnologyOne, and have experience with imprest inventory management.

You will have:

- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Sound negotiation and time management skills
- Ability to set priorities and deliver organizational requirements
- Demonstrate excellence in customer service in a leadership role
- Excellent computer literacy with effective written and verbal communication
