**About the role**

The primary focus of the Skilled Labourer is to assist your colleagues from a variety of disciplines. As a field based role the standard working hours are 6am to 4pm Monday to Friday

**Key Responsibilities include**
- Set up and prepare construction sites
- Operate a variety of hand and power tools
- Dig Trenches, laying and installing cables, conduit, pipes in accordance with client specifications
- Load and unload construction supplies from trucks both manually and with the use of equipment
- Shovel materials to and from construction areas, including asphalt and dirt and spotting for underground services
- Ensure you maintain a clean job site whilst ensuring you are complying with the all safety procedures on the job site and report violations immediately to management

**About You**

The successful applicant will have experience working in a similar role within the construction industry.
- Hold a valid Australian drivers licence (HR highly desirable)
- White/Blue Card (OHS construction induction card)
- First Aid certificate - highly desirable
- Forklift, Dogging certificate - highly desirable
- Confined Space - highly desirable
