Service Receptionist

**Wanneroo Isuzu UTE** are currently seeking a dynamic and customer-oriented Service Receptionist to join our team and play a vital role in delivering an outstanding experience to our clients.

Your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional customer service, handle inquiries, and ensure the smooth flow of operations. Your friendly demeanour, excellent communication skills, and attention to detail will contribute to a positive and efficient service experience for our clients.

**What you will do**:

- Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional service both in person and over the phone.
- Manage the service desk, schedule appointments, and assist customers with inquiries.
- Coordinate service requests between customers and the service team, ensuring smooth communication.
- Handle administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and managing paperwork for service transactions.
- Provide accurate information on services, estimated wait times, and basic vehicle maintenance.

- Outstanding communication skills and ability to provide excellent customer service
- Excellent listening and problem-solving skills
- Exceptional organisational and time management skills with the ability to multi-task
- Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure, providing excellent service even in challenging situations.
- A team player with a positive attitude, demonstrating reliability and a genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences.
- Computer literate with strong accuracy and attention to detail
