Manages customer service operations in a medical practice, ensuring excellent patient care, efficient processes, and strong patient relationships.
**Roles & Duties**:
- Create and update patient service policies, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and confidentiality standards.
- Oversee patient flow, appointment scheduling, and administrative processes to enhance efficiency and reduce waiting times.
- Recruit, train, and mentor staff to deliver high-quality patient interactions while fostering a supportive and positive work environment.
- Plan and manage after-care services, including follow-ups, test results, and referrals, to maximize patient satisfaction.
- Act as a communication bridge between patients, clinical teams, and administrative staff, addressing concerns with empathy and professionalism.
- Supervise call center operations, ensuring timely and accurate responses to patient inquiries while improving service metrics.
- Collect patient feedback, analyze service quality, and implement strategies for continuous improvement.
**Skills & Qualifications**:
- Proven experience as a Customer Service Manager, ideally within healthcare or a similar industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Exceptional conflict resolution skills and the ability to handle stressful situations calmly and professionally.
- High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
- A genuine commitment to delivering exceptional patient care and service.
**Education & Experience**:
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in customer service or management roles.
- A relevant qualification in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is highly desirable.

Pay: From $95,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

- Liverpool, NSW 2170: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
