**Short Breaks and Day Tours Sales Consultant**

We have a fantastic opportunity at AAT Kings to work as a Reservations Agent within our Short Breaks and Day Tours travel division. We call you our “Short Breaks and Day Tours Sales Consultant and you will be responsible for managing bookings and tour sales for our customer looking for a Short Break or Day Tour experience.

**The Role**

Based out of our Alexandria head office key activities will include;
- Proactively sell and upsell and process bookings for AAT Kings “Short Breaks and Day Tours”
- Developing strong working relationships with all internal and external customers
- Maintain service standards in order to meet targets
- Participate in ongoing training as required
- Maintain up to date and accurate product and policy knowledge to provide accurate information to our guests

You will:

- Have outstanding customer service skills
- Have the ability to be flexible and adaptable with changing work demands
- Be dedicated and committed to the team
- Have a desire to work in travel or have previous experience in travel, tourism or hospitality
- Be curious and contribute to the improvement of processes and systems through feedback and action.
- Be competent in Microsoft Office Suite and confidently pick up new systems
- Have the ability to work a rotating roster
