Reporting to the Regional Supply Planning Manager, we have an opportunity for a Production Planner to join the Chilled & Frozen division of Tip Top. This role will support the Regional Supply Planning Manager to create short term C&F plans across three sites and facilitate weekly meetings to deliver production schedules. This role will work collaboratively with the wider supply chain, operations and customer service teams to ensure accurate and smooth supply to customer. Having strong attention to detail will be an invaluable trait that will significantly contribute to the success of this role.
Purpose of the Role
- Efficiently manage inventory while meeting service targets
- Support and develop the Supply Review aspect, providing visibility over short and medium horizons
- Responding to Supply challenges and lead teams to effectively resolve them
- Work with the customer and field service teams to execute product transitions
- Coordinate cross-functional research activities to reconcile significant forecast variances and refine the plan
- Develop contingency plans and risk mitigation
- Proactively manage and resolve all issues that will impact the customer

About You
- Tertiary qualification in Supply Chain, Planning or related discipline desirable
- Extensive experience in SAP
- Analytical and problem-solving ability
- Able to provide insight and quickly identify a way forward when presented with issues
- Ability to work effectively and influence a variety of stakeholders
