**Human Resources Manager**

**Annual salary**:
$110,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year plus superannuation.

**Description**:
At Kelko Construction we are a leading construction company specialising in large-scale infrastructure projects. We pride ourselves on delivering high-quality results and exceeding client expectations.

We are looking for an experienced Human Resource Manager to join our team. Working closely with our leadership team you would be key in building our HR strategies and operations, driving recruitment, and managing people processes.

**Role Responsibilities**:

- HR and hiring strategy, forecasting headcount, changes, growth and initiatives.
- Recruitment, resource planning, and sourcing key people in industry
- Management of employment contracts.
- Onboarding and induction for new starters.
- Handling conflict, disciplinary process, and performance management.
- Employee probation tracking, retention, and training plans
- Management of visa and immigration processes.
- Workplace compensation claims for accidents/injuries and return to work.
- Development and maintenance of employee records, informal and formal counselling, and terminations.
- Continuous development of the HR systems and ATS database.
- Management of Industrial Relations.

**Experience/Qualifications**:

- Proven HR and Recruitment experience in Construction or similar industry.
- Support through the startup stage to established phases of businesses.
- Thorough understanding of awards, NES and employments legislation.
- Ability to work in a team environment and build relationships with team members and partners across the company.
- High level of initiative and ability to take up responsibilities on a pro-active basis.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organisational and planning skills.
- Reliable with a high level of attention to detail.
- Exceptional negotiation skills, strong interpersonal skills.
- Possess a strong work ethic and can meet strict deadlines.
- Advanced Excel and Word.

Pay: $110,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
