**_ About the Role_**

The Food and Beverage Outlets Manager will manage the outlets as successful independent profit centres, ensuring maximum guest satisfaction consistent with Hyatt International standards, through planning, organising, directing, training and controlling the operational and administrative matters,
while ensuring that the outlets achieve optimal business performance and budgeted profit.

The Food and Beverage Outlets Manager must have strong communication, management and analytical skills.

Some of the responsibilities include:

- To ensure the day-to-day smooth operation of the outlets with associates who are trained to perform to specified standards.
- Achieve monthly forecasted food and beverage outlets revenue figures, through the implementation of promotional activities to drive covers and average checks
- Building and nurturing positive, professional relationships with both guests and colleagues alike.
- To maintain a presence on the floor during service periods as required (when on duty) to monitor service levels, guest satisfaction and food and beverage quality.
- Ensure all relevant guest information is being communicated to outlet team members, as required.
- Plan and implement activities based on market analysis and aimed at improving outlets business levels.
- Plan flexible rosters, work schedules and assignments based on business levels.

**Qualifications**:
- Recent Food & Beverage Outlets Management experience in an upscale/hotel environment highly regarded
- A people personality, well-developed interpersonal attributes who thrives in a fast paced environment
- Demonstrated strong management skills, ability to work with a flexible work schedule, team player and dynamic leadership
- Good problem solving, administrative and acumen skills
- A valid and current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate
