Are you ready to lead a brilliant team in the world of luxury crystals and jewellery? We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Store Manager for a thriving Canberra Outlet Store. If you have a passion for retail, a flair for managing, and a desire to be part of a globally recognized brand, we want to hear from you

**As the Store Manager, you will be responsible for**:

- Leading and motivating a team of Sales Associates to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets.
- Managing the day-to-day operations of the store, ensuring smooth and efficient processes.
- Merchandising and maintaining the store to visual and operational standards.
- Monitoring inventory levels and working with relevant teams to ensure stock availability.
- Providing ongoing training and development to your team to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills.
- Building and nurturing strong relationships with customers, ensuring their needs and expectations are met.

**Qualifications and requirements**:

- Retail management experience, with experience in jewellery sales highly regarded
- A passion for luxury products and a keen eye for detail and design.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities.
