**Wilson Security** is seeking an experienced
**Concierge / Customer Service Officer** to join their vibrant team with a high profile client.

- Permanent Full Time position
- Monday to Friday 0800 - 1700

**About the Role**

The primary functions of the role include, but not limited to:

- Primary Brand Ambassador for our high profile client, representing the building to all tenants, guests and visitors
- Responsible for the seamless operation and presentation of the building lobby by:

- Conducting regular patrols and co-ordination of respective resources
- Performing a daily first impression check which includes - the front of house area, lift movements, air conditioning and lighting etc
- Providing all visitors and customers with a professional and personal warm welcome
- Promoting the building and brand with every interaction
- Liaising with the management team to promote a seamless customer experience to all VIP’s and key guests
- Developing exceptional working relationships with our client and other key stakeholders within the building whilst remaining within the escalation protocols
- Proactively monitor CCTV and Access Control Systems
- Conducting building patrols to actively report and mitigate security and safety risks
- Identifying and reporting hazards and building faults for rectification
- Responding to emergency situations and assisting the Security Manager with all protest preparation and subsequent related incidents

**What we are looking for**

To be considered for an opportunity with Wilson Security, you must provide the following:

- Exceptional personal presentation and communication standards
- Outstanding and proven customer service skills
- Proactive and problem solving mindset
- Willing to support both client team and security teams
- Ability to work well in a team or autonomously
- Previous experience in Corporate Real Estate Contracts (highly desirable)
- Demonstrated ability in the use of computers and security relates systems (access Control, CCTV, Microsoft programmes)
- Current QLD Security license (including monitoring subclass)
- Certificate in Security Operations
- Current QLD drivers licence
- Current First Aid & CPR Certificate
