**About the Role**:
The Organisational Development Project Officer plans, implements, evaluates and enhances People & Strategy (P&S) projects that contribute to our customers’ experience and enhance the People & Strategy department’s purpose to ‘empower, enable and inspire everyone in our organisation to meet changing community needs, by leveraging our people’s potential and creating a thriving and inclusive workplace culture’.

The role works in partnership with Strategy Culture & Capability (SCC) Centres of Excellence, stakeholders across the department and across the organisation to ensure projects are aligned with the strategic direction of SCC services and achieve the needs and outcomes of people, teams and the organisation.

You will be responsible for:

- Planning and delivering agreed organisational development projects;
- Implementing, embedding & measuring agreed organisational development projects; and
- Contributing to the operations, culture and improvement of the P&S department.

**Key Selection Criteria**:
To be successful in this role, you will bring the following skills and competencies:

- Ability and experience in delivering programs and initiatives using project management skills to meet deadlines and budget.
- Qualifications in HR or an Organisational Development field desirable.
- The role is expected to manage multiple projects at one time, so time management is critical for success.
- Application of Change Management principles and practices.
- The role is expected to deliver fit-for-purpose projects, striking the balance between perfection and practicality with a commitment to improving outcomes over time.

**Mandatory pre-employment requirements**:

- Be willing to undergo and complete a satisfactory criminal history check.
- Provide or obtain an employment-based Working with Children check.
