Their services now include Asset Finance Broking, Insurance Broking, Business Advisory & Accounting and now Mortgage Broking with clients across Australia and now the US.

**The Role**:
Come in as this businesses first Sales Trainer where you will be responsible for training the entire sales team, consisting of Insurance, Mortgage and Asset Finance Brokers, BDM's and others.

You will be constantly looking for new ways to train people, providing ongoing coaching and mentorship, listening into calls and making sure performance is optimal.

You will come in initially and learn this businesses sales model and processes from the CEO.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys the satisfaction of bettering salespeople and as a result allowing them to perform at a high level.

This is not a management role, it will be purely training and mentoring so if you are a true sales trainer, this is a solid opportunity to join a highly respected and successful company.

**Requirements**:

- At least 3 years experience in a sales trainer role or similar
- Proven experience successfully increasing results of sales teams
- Understanding and ability to train people with different sales styles
- High level of attention to detail
