**The Opportunity**

MBS Online, a functional area within the new division of Learning Innovation has three primary verticals: award programs, short courses, and custom solutions. MBS Online is seeking to employ an experienced Operations Manager to work across its product verticals with specific emphasis on the School’s online short course portfolio.

As the Operations Manager, you will be a ‘hands on’ enabler for teams to scale and grow efficiently by delivering the process and information flows that drive the entire customer journey optimisation, promoting cross-functional alignment, overseeing resource and performance planning, refining key processes to increase efficiencies, and adopting best-in-class tools and technologies to support the entire go-to-market spectrum from lead generation to student retention.

**Key responsibilities will include**:

- Driving seamless execution of strategy with strong operations focus and discipline
- Managing commercial, data, and reporting performance to demonstrate success
- Problem solving across the entire value chain

**About you**

This role is perfect for you if you are a highly self-motivated individual, a problem solver who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. You will require a strong understanding of SaaS, need to be experienced in go-to-market operations, as well as be data-driven, detail-oriented, customer-focused, business-minded, and intellectually curious. You will understand how impactful data can be in determining the right strategy, moreover how important smooth operations are to executing that strategy.

Strong MS Excel skills will be mandatory. Your skills and experience will be complemented by a degree or Postgraduate qualification in a relevant Business discipline, preference for a Bachelor of Business Science, Management Accounting, or Degree in IT Systems.
