**ABOUT THE ROLE**:
We are seeking a supervisor to ensure the operations of our
**Coburg, VIC** site run smoothly. You
**must** be available to work
**_7am - 3pm (M-F)_**:

- and be available to work occasional overtime and on public holidays._

You will be accountable for the overall performance of the site in the following areas:

- Safety
- Operations / Maintenance
- Management
- Quality

You will also be responsible for making decisions to ensure quality targets are met, throughput is maximized, and downtime is minimized. You will be responsible for managing one employee.

**ABOUT YOU**:

- Supervisory experience**_ required_**:

- Forklift licence **_required_**:

- Experience running balers **_required_**:

- Effective communication skills
- Experience managing weighbridge information **_desirable_**:

- Ability to manage a small team and enforce directions
- Self-starter, persevering work ethic and ability to work with mínimal supervision and comply with all company policies and procedures, including site safety.
- Ability to perform physical requirements such as, prolonged physical exertion: including standing, reaching, bending, pushing, pulling, lifting and carrying
- Current driver's license **_required_**:

- Basic computer skills
