APM are looking for an **Employer Account Manager** to build and maintain employer relationships in our jobactive stream, with the aim of placing job seekers into sustainable employment.

This role will be working across the Monash/Maroondah/Plenty Region and can be based in **Epping site or surrounds**.

**Am I suited to being an Employer Account Manager with APM?**

Experience within the Employment Services sector is not essential, but it is highly regarded. If you are self-driven, hungry to succeed and experienced in sales (Retail, Hospitality or other), business development, account management, and/or outbound calling then this role could be perfect for you

**A day in the life of an Employer Account Manager**
- No longer will you sit in an office day-in day-out, you will be out and about building employer relationships and marketing job seekers to prospective employers
- Develop and maintain employer and community networks
- Work alongside Employment Consultants to place job seekers into suitable employment
- Revel in a fast-paced and challenging environment
- Negotiate with employers to ensure the success of job placements
- Comply with compliance and database input requirements

**Essential requirements**
- Eligible to work in Australia
- Current driver's licence
- Access to a comprehensively insured vehicle for work purposes
- Successful criminal history check
- Working with Children Check
