Medical Receptionist

We are currently seeking an experienced medical secretary to join our boutique specialist practice to cover 3-4 days a week on a casual to permanent part time with potential to full time employment. No weekends and no after hours committments.

Some of the duties include providing exceptional reception and administrative support. Typical duties include managing bookings, operating lists, and billings.

**Essential Criteria**:

- Excellent **verbal** and **written **communication skills
- Ability to multitask and attention to detail
- Must maintain a strict level of confidentiality
- Positive mindset and problem solving skills
- Well presented at all times
- Team player and a genuine interest and commitment to patient care
- Excellent computer and typing skills and experience in Microsoft Word and Outlook

**Desirable Criteria**:

- Prior experience as a medical receptionist
- Experience with medical software program Genie
- Flexibility to cover staff as required

Above award rates are commensurate with experience.

Pay: $30.00 - $36.00 per hour

Expected hours: 27 - 35 per week
