About us
Elevate support care is a growing team dedicated to providing NDIS services and ensuring all participants receive the quality care they deserve.
Due to current circumstances, we are now seeking to hire experienced support workers to work with our dynamic, highly experienced teams.
We are looking to add an experienced disability support worker to our team.
Qualifications & experience
- Certificate III Individual Support or any other relevant course.
- Fully Vaccinated with the COVID19- Vaccine
- Minimum of 6 Months Experience as a Support worker or relevant job.
- NDIS workers orientation certificate & Manual Handling
- Current Drivers License
- Police Check ( No Longer than six months)
- Experience in using hoist preferred.
- Mental Health experience (Working with Complex clients)
- Must hold or be willing to attain an NDIS Worker Screening Check
Tasks & responsibilities
- Assisting Clients with daily activities. Undertaking tasks outside the home, such as shopping for groceries.
- Providing emotional support and friendship

- Provide Domestic Cleaning Services for Aged / Vulnerable clients

**Salary**: $32.00 - $63.00 per hour

Ability to commute/relocate:
- Noble Park VIC: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
Licence/Certification:
- First Aid Certification (preferred)
- Working with Children Check (preferred)
- National Police Certificate (preferred)
- Driver Licence (required)
Work Authorisation:
- Australia (required)
