**The Role**:
We’re currently on the lookout for a dedicated **Liquids Plant Operator / Driver** to join our team at **Dandenong South, Victoria**. This is a full-time, permanent opportunity—perfect for someone who’s hands-on, safety-conscious, and ready to grow in the waste management industry.

You’ll be involved in operating our **Liquid Treatment Plant**, helping to ensure the safe, efficient, and compliant handling of liquid waste materials.

**What you will do**:

- Operate and monitor the performance of the Liquid Treatment Plant
- Carry out sampling and basic testing of liquid waste
- Operate equipment as instructed, ensuring waste meets specifications for disposal or recovery
- Work closely with Plant Team Leaders to manage day-to-day waste processing activities
- Maintain clear and accurate records of operational processes
- Ensure required supplies and tools are available to support plant operations
- Conduct routine checks and minor maintenance on equipment, reporting any issues
- Follow all safety, quality, and environmental guidelines

**What You’ll Bring to the Team**

You’re a reliable team player who takes pride in doing things safely and properly. You’ve got the right attitude, enjoy practical work, and aren’t afraid to roll up your sleeves.
- A current **HR driver’s licence** - essential
- Willingness to work **early morning shifts** (4:00 AM to 12:00 PM, Monday to Friday)
- Strong time management and a basic level of literacy and numeracy
- Good communication and a customer-focused mindset
- A strong commitment to safe work practices
- Ability to work effectively within a team environment
