We are seeking a talented Marketing Executive to join our client, a prominent, integrated pet care provider. In this role, you will be responsible for executing local and national campaigns across their specialty and emergency care network, making a significant impact on pet care services Australia-wide.

**The Role**:
As a Marketing Executive, you will play a vital role in driving growth by implementing effective marketing strategies across the network. Working collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders, you will champion the brand and ensure consistent representation across various touchpoints. This role offers a unique blend of B2B and B2C marketing, focusing on driving referrals, promoting emergency services, and leveraging the retail network.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in developing and implementing national and local marketing strategies.
- Drive cross-referral campaigns across different channels (retail, professional & specialty).
- Ensure consistent brand representation across all B2B and B2C touchpoints.
- Cross collaborate on all campaigns with the data/category teams for data-driven consumer insights and product/category knowledge.
- Work closely with Operations, Marketing, and Communications teams to ensure timely and budget-conscious execution of marketing materials, promotional campaigns, cross-referral tools, and creative assets.
- Collaborate with the digital performance marketing team to drive SEM and SEO initiatives.
- Contribute to website development and content creation.
- Assist in the creation and delivery of campaign collateral, content, and marketing materials, coordinating with internal stakeholders and agencies.
- Monitor and report on marketing activity, assessing campaign performance including campaign financials.

**Qualifications and Desirable Skills**:

- 3-5 years marketing experience, ideally in end-to-end campaign management.
- Marketing qualification and experience in both B2B and B2C marketing.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong project management and organisational abilities.
- Proficiency in campaign test and learn approaches.
- Analytical mindset with a keen eye for insights.
- Demonstrated stakeholder management and approval process experience.
- Proactive, reliable, and detail-oriented with excellent copywriting skills.
- Self-motivated learner, staying up-to-date with the latest trends in social media.
- Highly organised with exceptional time management, negotiation, and briefing capabilities.
- Collaborative team player who thrives in fast-paced environments.
- Budget management skills and creative thinking abilities.
- Excellent MS Office skills.
