We are currently looking for an Operations Team Leader (Collections Department) to join us at our Perth CBD Head Office in a Full-Time capacity.

**About the role**
- In this role you’ll be responsible for coaching and developing team members within our collections department.
- Daily you’ll manage workflows and rosters in line with workloads; ensuring departmental budgets and individual KPIs are met.
- You’ll ensuring the highest standards of compliance to legislation, policies and procedures are met whilst focusing on the overall customer experience and effective team management.
- Working alongside other team leaders, you will play a vital role in providing guidance and leadership to your team of Customer Service Officers.
- In addition, you will also manage escalated bad debt queries, feedback and complaints received from customers.

**About you**
- Ideally you will have proven relevant experience in a leadership role in the customer service industry and/or contact centre.
- Show an unwavering passion for customer service and be confident and adaptable with strong negotiation skills.
- Exhibit a proactive nature, ability to take initiative and a professional approach to work.
- Have the ability to build relationships with key stakeholders and peers, and
- Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
