About You

You are a STEM graduate eager to launch your career in the dynamic field of revenue systems. Your familiarity with tools like Jira or CustomLinc would be advantageous, although those tools are not essential for success.

**About The Role**

**Key responsibilities will include**:
System administration:

- Implementing or modifying configurations within the booking systems to support new products or processes
- Updating the system as additional products, travel years or developments are created

Troubleshooting and Escalations:

- Manage workloads through a ticketing system and maintaining SLAs
- Support internal teams in resolving issues relating to booking systems and supporting infrastructure
- Gather additional information and provide it concisely to internal or external parties when escalation is required

Developments and Process Change
- Work with stakeholders to identify concerns and relay them effectively
- Provide business context and system knowledge to business analysts and developers
- Documents new and existing processes
