About the Role:
As a Reward Analyst, you will play a crucial role in supporting our team to manage and enhance reward initiatives. Your focus will be on streamlining and documenting activities, working closely with the broader team to identify process improvements, and analysing data to provide valuable insights to the business.

Key Responsibilities:
- Operational Excellence: Support the Reward team in the seamless delivery of Reward, Benefits, and Recognition programs by providing efficient and reliable operational assistance.- Process Improvement: Map and document end-to-end Reward, Benefits, and Recognition processes, identifying gaps, streamlining workflows, and recommending enhancements for greater efficiency.- Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with internal stakeholders to understand current practices, gather feedback, and drive continuous improvement across reward-related initiatives.- Market Insights: Manage the end-to-end survey process, ensuring the team has access to up-to-date market data and insights to support competitive reward decisions.- Data Quality & Analysis: Support data integrity efforts by developing reports and conducting analysis to inform reward strategies and decision-making.- Support the preparation for Annual Merit Review: Assist in planning and preparing for the annual merit review cycle, ensuring processes are clear, compliant, and effectively.

About you:
- Previous experience in reward analytics is essential.- Solid experience with Excel for data analysis and reporting.- Experience in mapping end-to-end processes using technology (e.g., Signavio).- Proven experience in process improvement initiatives.- Experience with Workday is desirable but not essential.- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collate and interpret statistical and financial data for decision-making.
