**About us**

We’ve been in the business for almost 30 years and have built a large regular client base with fabulous gardens in the inner eastern suburbs of Melbourne.

We’re a friendly team of 12 and we’re absolutely passionate about bringing gardens to life. We do a bit of everything - from landscape construction, garden design to garden maintenance - so no day is the same.

Our depot and office is conveniently located in Malvern East, right next to Holmesglen station.

We've been recognised by Holmesglen Tafe (Waverley campus) as 'Employer of the Year'.

**About the job**

You'll be an all-rounder; a qualified or experienced gardener and some soft and hard landscaping skills would be a bonus.

We always work in pairs and you'll be the more experienced team member, able to lead and mentor the person you're working with on the day. Great if you've already got leadership experience or looking to take the next step in your career.

You're passionate and will do whatever it takes to provide the highest quality service to our clients’ gardens - whether it’s hedging, pruning, mulching or planting.

And you’re backed by full time office support.

**About you**
- Horticulture qualifications or minimum of 3-5 years industry experience
- You've got a real can-do attitude and experience in managing people is a bonus
- You're switched on and able to make smart and quick decisions
- Great customer service, leadership and organisational skills
- A current manual driver's licence would be highly advantageous

**Salary**: $70,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year

- Gardening: 3 years (preferred)
