We’re a high-quality Australian manufacturer based in Bathurst, building premium steel and alloy ute trays and accessories. Right now, we’re looking for a reliable, hands-on team member to join our production crew.

This is a full-time role focused on abrasive blasting and powder coating. When you’re not on the gun, you’ll be working alongside our assembly team helping build tough, purpose-built products.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prep, inspect, and finish components to a high standard
- Assist with tray and accessory assembly as required
- Use hand, air, and power tools safely and efficiently
- Keep equipment clean and workspace tidy
- Follow instructions and meet job timelines

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Someone who’s reliable, practical, and ready to work
- Previous experience in a hands-on or labouring role preferred
- Physically fit and comfortable in a fast-paced workshop
- Willing to learn — blasting/coating will be your main area, but you’ll pick up other skills too
- Forklift licence a bonus (but not essential)
